Balancealots is a Czech-Scottish new-circus duo formed by Aleš Hrdlička and Hannah Lennox. Both solo graduates from Codarts Circus Arts University in Rotterdam, they now join forces as a fresh and colourful duo, aiming to connect with audiences through juggling and hand balancing.

In the urge to connect with their environment, the two colorful and unpredictable individuals learn to function together, finding a balance between the two extremes of social connection: online and offline presence.
In their rickety wagon, they bring circus skills, lively rhythms and positive energy to every street, creating virtual and real connections.
Using hand balancing, juggling, acrobatics and clowning, they aim to create a performance that strangely normalises and celebrates otherness.

V.O.S.A. Theatre is an association of professionals who are primarily dedicated to street theatre and street art in general. We see street theatre as a specific theatre genre that has a great chance to enrich important outdoor events. V.O.S.A. Theatre has already presented itself many times in front of international audiences at the opening of events of national importance. We are honoured to have been able to collaborate with the Czech pavilion at EXPO 2010 in Shanghai, China, or with the Czech trade representation in London and Berlin. V.O.S.A. Theatre often participates in international theatre festivals with its performance High Dreaming. It has represented Prague at the annual celebrations in Saint-Petersburg, Riga and Ljubljana, Slovenia. It has also opened the 2011 Ice Hockey World Championships in Košice and the 2014 World Ski Championships in Harrachov. In 2014, it also performed several reprises of High Dreaming at the Formula 1 Grand Prix in Bahrain.

With a good deal of slamming and vulture-ing, the personification of an ancient human invention, the real, unadulterated bicycle, comes to you.

But our bike is a giant, it is a circus bike, a fairy tale bike, light as a lover's thought, heavy as a lonely heart, no exaggeration, five metres high, half a tonne light, perfectly balanced and controlled by the gentlest touch.

The two heroes spin a tale of a summer love that began as if on a swing and eventually soared above the clouds. Do today's girls fly not only on cars, but also on bicycles? Is the bicycle the ideal means of transport for a trip for two? Are small human hands enough to spin a five-metre colossus?

You will see acrobatics, dance and pranks, heavy balancing on the edge of risk and light dance steps.

Step into the playful circle of love and let our circle take you high above the hustle and bustle of everyday life. We have two extra seats and we'll let you take turns on them with the others...

Our work oscillates between unbridled street grotesque and sophisticated stage form. In both cases we build on the figure of the clown and the principle of clown play. The adventure of human life seen through the eyes of a clown is both everyday and transcendent.

Three urban nomads make a world out of what the others have thrown away. From the rubble they build memories of the past, illusions of a better tomorrow, and ephemeral backdrops of a bleak present. They interact with each other and with the audience. The clowns return to their vagabond roots and find humour only at the deepest bottom, from which it is hard to bounce back. The link between society and its outcasts in this case is gags, the ability to laugh at the same things. Building from the rubble may be something everyone will one day do. A street slapstick about the real inhabitants of places and moments that most of us pass through unnoticed. A comic-tragic play about three fellow inmates who need little to need nothing.

We are an association of story lovers. We are theatre makers, producers, educators, therapists, but above all storytellers.

Our main goal is to discover, create and explore the possibilities of using a form of storytelling and to introduce storytelling as an independent art and educational form to the art community, education and the general public.

Storytellers, members of the association, are engaged in live storytelling, conducting workshops and teambuilding for the public and for companies, regularly organizing a storytelling festival and other storytelling activities. One of our long-term goals is to build a Czech storytelling centre with a regular programme.

A JOHNNY SERVICE driver is going about his daily routine when a stubborn and a bit tricky girl gets in his way. Thanks to her, his ordinary working day turns into an extraordinary adventure.

Unusual handling puns, precise dynamic action and a bit of magic to boot. That's the show Johnny & Jenny - a slapstick comic battle for the whole family for toilet domination.
