At the end of March 2022, the Czech National Day was held as part of the EXPO 2020 World Exhibition in Dubai. It was the culmination of dozens of accompanying programmes prepared by the Czech National Pavilion at the World EXPO in Dubai from last October to this March. The subtitle of the Czech National Day was "Awakening Stories". Large puppets and street theatre performers from V.O.S.A. Theatre or Brothers in Trick, as well as some of Europe's best stilt walkers from the Long Vehicle Circus.
