Pavel Šmíd offers original theatre for children and youth.
After more than fifteen years in which he played as a guest in other theatres, he also began to perform his own original productions.
About the show
Weirdo Vetrovec travels the world. Wherever the wind takes him, he tells about it. He tells the tale of the children of the windmill. Once the wind stops and the long windlessness lasts, they set out into the world to find the king of the wind. A cockerel from the weathervane is their guide and he gives them this riddle: "Who is the king of the wind and where does he reside? Where does the most precious and powerful wind hide?" What adventures will they encounter along the way? Will they find the king of the wind?
Communicative performance with songs and nice humour.
The set was painted by Simonetta Šmídová, the puppets were carved by Jan Růžička, directed by Stanislava Kočvarová.
